Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry that your interview experience at ForrestBrown did not reflect our usual high standards. As you mentioned in your post, it was an exceptionally hot day when you visited us. We had installed extra cooling machines around the office, but they were struggling to keep up in such warm weather.
We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will help us to do so. In fact, we have already amended what we send candidates inviting them to interview to set expectations more clearly. We aim to give candidates timely feedback following an interview and are sorry we were not able to do so as quickly as we said.
