So many rounds of interviews. They didn't seem to know what path they wanted to take. Seemed like every manager needed input in hires, no trust between management level if everyone is involved in culture circle

Interview
The ad was posted on Craigslist. The interview was held on Skype. From what I remember I heard they were interviewing 5 other candidates for one positions and were to pick one. The interview wasn't that thorough.
standard interview trying to get to know you, laid back. Asked typical interview questions and why I wanted to work there, why i was interested in real estate, etc.
