I applied online. I interviewed at Formall (Knoxville, TN) in Jan 2018
Interview
Short...drug test quiz and walk through plant. They really just want warm bodies there. I seen a variety of problems from drug use to safety issues they have a man driving a forklift that calls you names and takes like 30 different medications and I'm pretty sure all of them say not to operate heavy machinery last I looked forklifts look pretty heavy!

Interview
The first interview was for a buyer position, but was called back to interview for this position which is greater in scope. I was offered the position, but after a long negotiating process, we were not able to come to terms. I was repeatedly told to remember that this is a small family owned company and to take the job description (that I had to ask for) loosely. The initial offer was very low at $30,000 per year with one week of vacation after one year. Their final offer was $34,000. I am sure they will get someone to work for nothing, but I will not be one of those people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Majority of the interview is getting to know you as a person and your background experience, but the interviews always end with "why should we hire you over others interviewing for this position?"

Interview
Initial contact was on a Saturday. Phone screen, followed by phone interview, then a face to face interview all withing one week of applying. An offer was made about three weeks later while waiting on the Ops Manager to get time to approve anything. Very slow getting communications from Ops Manager. I declined the initial offer and was ready to move on until the Ops Manager called and basically begged to work something out. Finally accepted offer after another week of negotiation.
