Interview
Applied online and heard back from them about 6 weeks later. That should have been a warning sign. Had a 30 minute phone interview with HR. Typical behavioral questions and explanation of what the company does and how it works.
I was asked about my expected range and countered by asking their budget. HR lady told me she was not at liberty to discuss the salary range for the position. I pressed further and ultimately threw a high number out to just to see what she would say. She only said that would be a higher range of what they offer for a perfect candidate. That should have been a second warning sign...
Was passed onto the VP of HR for an online video interview and it was much the same as the 1st HR interview with behavioral questions and my expected range. Once again, I asked what they had budgeted and the VP of HR refused to answer that question. After about an hour-long interview, I was told that they'd let me know if I passed onto the next round. I ultimately did not, but am not sad about this opportunity. They only have about 20 people in their Phoenix office, yet I was told their interview process would have up to 5 rounds.
What they are asking you to do and what they are trying to pay are not equal. It took forever to get an email back asking to interview, and I guess they decided I would not be a fit based solely on behavioral questions and not intellect, experience, or ability.
I can now see why the other interviews posted here all have no offer. For an organization with less than 50 employees, this company acts like they're Amazon or Facebook or Google.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult co-worker/person?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Foresight Intelligence in Jan 2019
Interview
I interviewed with three people at Foresight. The first interview was with the recruiter which lasted approximately 30 minutes and she asked the basic questions. The second interview was with the VP of HR and lasted about an hour long. The third was with the CEO via video and I could tell within about 5 minutes that it was not going to work. He projected arrogance and as a leader who would be tough to work for is a sales role because he is a salesperson at heart and wants to sell his way. The company is just over a year old and he is trying to get out of sales so he can deal with the day to day operations of the company.

Question 1
What is an example of a tough situation that you had to overcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Foresight Intelligence (Scottsdale, AZ) in Aug 2018
Interview
Administrator screen, business analysis scenario, and then a ZOOM interview with the CEO.
It took about three hours to put together the business analysis document. In our subsequent discussion, it seemed that Mr. Hanna was wanting something without making it clear what he was suggesting. For a position where communication and clarity is critical, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication and clarity. The challenge itself was interesting and I don't regret going through the process. But there must be a better process and one that isn't so enigmatic and self-serving. Nor do I consider that test to be especially realistic as there were too many unanswered assumptions and there was too much solutioning for a BSD.

Question 1
Write an active users by minutes reporting query business analysis document. A sample result set of a table was provided and a few assumptions as regards to the data. The BSD was to write a query that accepts two date and time inputs to show total minutes by user.
