Pretty straightforward and met with multiple managers at the restaurant. Asked questions about situations and how you would handle it. Nice managers and nice atmosphere. I was contacted pretty quickly and by phone.

Applied online one week and recieved an interview date the next week. I met with a manager in the restaurant. I did not hear back until around two weeks later. However, the onboarding and training moved very quickly.
