Thorough interview process, met a variety of people. Not a typical competency based process, talked through pack types. Thoroughly enjoyed. Had a walk around and the chance to answer any questions I had about my progression

I was recommended to interview here through a Rec 2 Rec and agreed after hearing great things about the company. Interview lasted about 2 hours, however felt very much all about them, it was evident they had not bothered to read my cv or know anything about me prior to arrival. Was advised a second interview would be arranged however this never transpired, and stated the time were too busy to see me again. Very disappointing experience.
