David Capretto and the entire Forbes Capretto staff provided a warm welcome. The interview process lasted the entire day which consisted of a meet and greet with the majority of the staff, a clear understand of the position, a review of the entire operation and concluded with a tour of several of the communities. The main focus was to ensure this was a great fit for both the organization and myself.
