      Software Engineer Interview

      Apr 29, 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Football Radar in Feb 2024

      Interview

The interview process was smooth and enjoyable. Football Radar were very flexible and very cooperative at all stages of the process. The coding challenge presented was a live coding challenge between myself and another developer where we worked together to achieve the task and I enjoyed doing this as I could ask questions and receive support during the challenge.

      Software Engineer Interview

      Dec 12, 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      Declined offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Football Radar (London, England) in Dec 2017

      Interview

It has been a total waste of time. Long lasting process overall. I applied online and the feedback has been really slow overall for each of the steps. I went thru the first phone screen/coding test. I’ve been invited to the on-site interview, where I had 2 hours interview with the team. Typical System design and Coding/whiteboard problem solving. The first interview set was not well structured the interviewers were not clear on what they wanted to know / assess. At the beginning of the all process they asked for salary expectations (market average). After succeding in the on-site interview, they came back with a salary offer that was far below what the expectations were at the beginning of the all process. The impression I had is they act/believe like they were Google that’s why they think is acceptable of treating candidates with such superficiality Time wasters, don’t go
