The Foot Locker interview process usually begins with an online application followed by a phone screen or pre-screening assessment. Candidates who pass this initial stage are invited for an in-person interview, which may include one or more interviews with store managers or supervisors. During the interview, applicants are often asked about their customer service skills, ability to work in a team, and familiarity with Foot Locker products.
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
