The person that hired me was very nice and informative even though it felt like the interviewer wasn’t very interested. They were looking at their second screen most of the time which made me feel like they weren’t listening. And then I wasn’t informed of the decision until 4 weeks later. This was after they told me they would get back to me immediately.
