I applied online for Kids Foot Locker, within 2-3 days got called for a phone interview then got scheduled for an in person interview with manager, got called back 4 days later stating i got hired on part time. The manager asked about 10- 15 questions. Very easy. They look for people that enjoy to work with kids.

Describe a bad experience you've had buying anything?
What can you bring to the table that others can't?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.

How could you help a customer who is having trouble deciding what type of shoe they want?
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
