I basically got in through a friend of the family, so therefore there was not an official interview. i just had to report and fill out your typical paper work and take a whole heap of test. Everyone was especially nice and friendly. i have been with the company for almost six months now and i still have not met the manager of the store. I guess by the store size and the number of employees and how little i work it just has not happened yet.

Phone interview . Called in twice for a face to face interview. After 4 or 5 days they called and asked me to work that day. I'm pretty sure they desperately needed anyone to work that day

Interview
Had a one on one with a recruiter . She was great. But then I had two more in store interviews with store manager and deli manager . The interview process probably took 2 full weeks.

They asked me about my availability. I also made it known this would be my second job
Was very laid back and casual. Got the job on the spot, it took awhile to start working because of poor communication, took forever to receive a work shirt, and complete the online trainings.
