Interview
The interview experience was excellent and went extremely well. I was hired on the spot because of my experience over the years and my ability to do the job. I have the abilities to do other jobs in the store if asked to go and help out if needed with stocking shelves and unloading trucks.
The interview was pretty much a regular and easy experienced. I was not asked any questions that were difficult to answer or required much of a thought process beyond common sense.

Came into the store and met with the manager who asked me about myself and my experience, asked a few questions relevant to the job, told me about the job and the onboarding process, asked if I had any questions, then started the necessary hiring paperwork.

Tell me about a difficult situation you had with another person and how you handled it.
Straightforward online interview with minimal in person. Questions online, followed up with phone and some final in person admin work. This was a pretty simple process that required very little time and investment on my end.
