I transferred from one location as a team lead to another store as assistant manager. Questions were standard interview questions, and I was asked how long do I plan to stay at that location.

Why do you want to work as an assistant manager?
What are your strengths/weaknesses?
Easy and friendly. Definitely need retail experience. Seems like a fun easy job. The pay is low but the provide health care for 30 hrs or more a week. Its a retail job but not in the sense of a Home Depot. Better hours at Follete.

Received a phone call about the position. Then went to a slightly informal interview with the Store Manager. She told me what she was looking for in an Assistant manager. She also gave me a quick tour of the store.
