4 stage process, with one sample test.
Throughout the interview stages, not much information or context is provided about the role and responsibilities of the role, so it was not clear to me what the role would involve. Also, speaking with others, I enquired what they had worked on last couple months and I was given a blank response.
Also, the interviews did not touch upon my past experiences, and I was instead asked/tested on my blockchain knowledge, and asked some irrelevant questions - nothing to do with my experience!

Question 1
How does the settlement and clearing process work?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Fnality (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process will stay with me for a long time.
At first I was very excited about the company, having researched them online.
The task and test were interesting, but the next stages included me chatting to 5 different members of the company, answering the same generic questions over and over again (the questions were split into Social, Values, Individual).
After the final stage I've been told that they couldn't decide if they wanted me or not, so O had to speak to one more person. The final interviewer was ... just rude and unprofessional. Even now when I think about it, it makes me uncomfortable. And the questions they asked, were again still the same generic as in the previous stages.
I regret not reaching out to the HR straight after that final stage, saying I would like to withdraw from the application.
Instead I was contacted later by the HR, saying I failed on the values - whatever that means.
Overall, the process took a lot of my time and my energy. I wish the last person I spoke to was the first one - then I wouldn never proceeded with the application.
