I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flywheel Sports (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
I met with the studio managers and then the regional manager. They got back to me in about two weeks and I began training. Training was pretty simple, and the staff was super nice. We are usually asked to take a class during training to get used to being in the studio and understanding the way the technology works.

Interview
The interview process was extremely easy. I applied online filling out the basic information and attaching a resume. I was contacted maybe a week later to set up a time to meet. My "interview" was more of a get to know you session but I enjoyed it. I met with the studio manager and he told me about flywheel, himself and his experience with flywheel and then asked me about myself and why Flywheel. Flywheel is also going through some customer service changes moving towards more of a hospitality approach and that was a big focus of the interview. It was maybe 30 minutes and I left confident that a position was going to be offered. About 2 days later I got an email saying he really liked me and was offering me a position. I got my offer letter 2 days after that.
