Interview
They have two phone interviews and one in person interview. The person making the hiring decision, doesn't appear to understand the real estate industry challenges. The operations manager is very nice. The hiring manager has an attitude problem with experienced candidates. For a sales interview, she doesn't seem to know what the core values are, and is more concerned with some fictional 'culture' of a company that doesn't understand sales or what is needed to compete in the real estate industry.
