On ad-hoc very skilled employees might join the interviews. Mostly they care about whether you can program well or not.
Nothing else is more important here.
Rest of your qualities are less important.
They need people who can work like robots and stay all day/night here.

There will be an aptitude test even for laterals. A telephonic technical round will be conducted. Some times a client technical round will take place and finally an hr round.

Question 1
Most questions from flytxt were basic and straight forward. The client though asked me to complete a case study in 1 hour and asked out of the box questions such as how I would find the total number of swimming pools in India within 1 day. Why man holes are round. There were standard technical questions too but these are ok.
