Very easy going and laid back. They made it very easy to understand what was expected of you.
They reimburse for the cover of any travel needed to get to the interview. I knew within days of the interview that I was successful

Everyone could be different but it was all about your background
First, I had a telephone interview with the HR manager. Very basic, asked questions to further understand my resume and to explain foundation of the company and my experience.
Second interview with assistant HR manager, was a wonderful conversation while also covering my experiences with easy questions.

Interview
First you have to pass online test on multi-tasking skills. They sent you the link and then Face to face interview on product knowledge with company presentation. They will ask you about the required work skills then another online work knowledge test after the interview.
