Interview
Started off great, ended up getting rejected and ghosted without any follow up whatsoever. Typical foreign company with a poorly run USA operation, and a complete lack of integrity from top to bottom. No understanding was given despite the fact that I went through multiple rounds of interviews, including one on-site. The lack of transparency was a problem. The more pressing issues came from a distinct lack of direction and understanding of what they were asking for. Let this be your LAST choice.

Interview
It was very unprofessional, lasted less than 15 minutes. The interviewer had a heavy Italian accent. I didn’t even get a tour of the factory. I was amazed by what little they expected out of someone that would be messing with 480 volts.
