Was called in to meet with the owner of this company. My interview was 2 hours of discussing the owner's vision and calling. I was asked minimal amount of questions regarding my skillset or ability to perform the tasks required to do the job. At one point the owner';s religious and spiritual beliefs were brought into the conversation. About mid way through the interview the owner felt that I wasn't nearly qualified to work in her company as a recruiter, though I have a 7+ years experience in the industry. She went on to lecture me on what I should be doing according to her. The owner /CEO was probing into my private life, trying to find ways of asking me of my religious affiliations, marital status, political views. She talked more about her self than finding out about me. This was a total WASTE of my time. It is very disrespectful to bring working people in for a 2 hour interview and only be concerned with such matters that have nothing to do with the job. As a recruiter herself, she shjould be more aware of EEOC Compliance.
