FloodGate Medical interview questions

A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn to do a phone screen. After the phone screen I was moved to the next round which was a formal interview with the hiring manager. I asked and was reassured multiple times I’d hear back from them either way. Not only did they not bother to reach back out, but completely ignored and didn’t reply to my follow up email and voice mail confirm I wasn’t in the running anymore. If someone takes time out of their day multiple times to accommodate interviews with you, have the decency to make the time it takes to fire off a single sentence letting them know they didn’t get the job.
