1st Round: Basic Telephonic Round done by HR executive to check if the candidates are suitable.(if its for small & basic executive profile then directly lining up candidates)
2nd Round: HR Manager does an telephonic round with the candidates to know more about their current job profile only if its for senior or out station candidates.
3rd: Scheduling final round with the MD & Senior managers
