The company made me an offer ($132.5k/150k shares) but when I tried to redline their Non-compete/Confidentially Agreement, the CEO erratically flew off the handle and rescinded my offer TWO days before I was supposed to start (think about all the arrangements & doors I had to close to accept their offer). That spoke volumes about the company. And, how it handles “routine” business negotiations.
I definitely dodged a bullet not bringing my talents and connections to this company.
Be sure to always have someone read your contracts before you sign. Most A+ level players do. I had investors, advisors and attorneys look over the one they sent me. Needs changes.

Last, expect phone calls, texts, emails from this company at 8pm 10pm, 2AM etc! Not kidding.
Good luck!
