I had 1 interview with HR after which I got a task to complete. The second interview was with the CRM/Automation team and we went through my task. There were a lot of questions on different fields - the technical part of the automation, understanding of business processes, calculation of profit, etc. I found this variety of topics confusing and hard to understand what was required from that position exactly. There was no clarity on whether it was a senior or a mid/junior position they were recruiting for.
