The process took started from mid march and ended First week of May. Initially i started for the Data anlyst role where there was pre screening , then interview with Lead and team member, followed by case study, case study interview with 4 panel members then round with Head of department. After that i got rejeted and got refered to the other role for business analyst were again i was given a case study and had interview with 4 other panels member with lead,head of department and other leads. Even after so much hardwork going for different roles doing case study again . They didnt find me enough suitable to join as they needed a more experience person. Then why did you refer me to the other position . DONOT WASTE CANDIDATES TIME BY PLAYING HIT AND TRIAL METHODS. IT was a waste of time,energy and explaining people from heads to leads.
