Recruiter called and setup an in person interview. Interviewer asked basic questions and said they wanted to hire on spot. I called to check back in a few days later, but was ghosted. The job was reposted as bilingual required (a skill I do not have) I do not appreciate being asked to come on site for an in person interview and then being ghosted for a skill that was not required on first listing.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flexible Staffing (Portage, IN) in Jan 2020
Interview
Just walk in and talk to the person at the desk. Not really an interview. Some basic questions and fill out paperwork. Bring two forms of identification. Social security car, Birth Certificate and Driver's License.

Question 1
What shift could you work? Do you have reliable transportation?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flexible Staffing (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2012
Interview
I did not need to interview for the Staffing Agency. The company submitted my resume to the organization where the assignment was located. If the organization felt I was a right fit for the position then they would let the company know that they wanted to hire me for the position.

I did not have an interview. I just needed to pass the background check and a drug test.
