Screening interview
The first contact with a candidate, usually by phone, to determine if they are qualified for the job. Screening interviews may also be held in person at job fairs or hiring events.
First interview
A one-on-one interview with the hiring manager to assess the candidate's qualifications and experience in more depth. The interviewer will ask questions about the candidate's work history, skills, and experience to determine if they can do the job and fit in with the company culture
The interview process was fair and interactive. I honestly enjoyed the entire process of it. I also liked the interviewer, they gave me ample time to answer the questions effectively and also they gave me a chance to ask them any questions for which they responded adequately.
