Recruiter called me; HR person set up 15 minute screen call She asked me a few basic questions then grilled me about my current living location and questioned my potential commute. She also told me that if I came in in person and the hiring mgr liked me I’d need to come in for a full day excel/case test. They declined to proceed telling the recruiter I live outside their “approved commuting distance”. 25 miles it too far? Clowns. Unimpressed.
