      Interview

So slow or rather after the first steps you don't hear anything and that is not ideal if you are looking for something immediately. But if you have the patience go ahead

The interview process raised concerns, featuring unusual requirements, unclear expectations, and oddly specific requests that felt intrusive, leaving a sense of discomfort and suspicion about the company’s intentions and professionalism.

      Interview

They send you like 5 TIMED tests with multiple questions where you have to rapidly choose the correct answer, you barely have time to breathe. They also have a test where you have to listen to some excerpts and you have a question and have to respond to it, like "What does the man say about X or what to do after A and before B, etc.?" Cherry on top, you have like five questions -- complicated -- about how you would deal with specific customer support issues (AND at the end, the question of "why do you want to leave your current job" (??) ) that you all have to respond to ON VIDEO! Live!! and you only have one chance to record, if you cough or mumble or something, that's it baby, you either go ahead or go home! Some dumb thing this is, at least many companies allow you to record however many times you want, including locally on your computer and then upload it. So basically it is like 1h30m of continuous multiple response questions, listening tests, and some live videos you make. Then, boom! Of course they NEVER respond. with literally any response. I even contacted HR directly after like a week or two. They fully ghost you, not even the minimum decency of saying your were not chosen to go ahead. But! Reading the reviews from people who actually WENT ahead unlike me, I feel like I've dodged a bullet.
