Really good. Contract law exercise and competency based interview. Process was straightforward, and they responded relatively quickly. Interview was at a city centre location and the staff were helpful in understanding what services they offer.

First was an application form followed by a call with a member of the onboarding team discussing past experience and qualifications and motivations to work at Flex Legal and pursuing a legal career.

3 or 4 questions on previous experience and motivation for the role. Interviewer was friendly and also discussed the 'profile' that you make to market yourself to businesses that need legal support.
