Interview
Someone calls you from their main headquarters and they schedule an interview. They send you a confirmation email and then they call you the day of to confirm your interview. You go in with your resume and they have you fill out a questionnaire and then the interviewer comes in. He was very nice and straightforward and explained the job right there on the spot and did not sugarcoat it. It was a shorter interview but it went well.

Interview
I initially had a phone interview with the Newton, Ma manager and it went very smoothly. This was not an interview where I felt I was being interrogated the whole time. The manager was very easy to speak with and we built great rapport. After my phone interview, I had an interview at the office and that also went very well. The manager laid out what I would be doing on a day to day basis which helped out my understanding of what the company actually did. I would recommend this company to anyone.
