I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
From first call to final decline, it took almost four months. Very dragged out and a rather unprofessional process. I interviewed with eight people over that time. The recruiter took over two weeks after each interview to even respond back to me. It is unprofessional to waste a candidate's time. I felt like they were using me as a back up until they found someone better. That's a lot of wasted thank you letters. I will never interview with this firm again nor recommend to my many friends in the business.
They were friendly and asked good questions. I met two people, one a VP and one an SVP. They talked as much as they asked questions about the work and the culture. Questions were pretty typical. Next step is a writing test.

Question 1
Why did you apply for this job at Fleishman Hillard?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was super standard. Spoke with a recruiter then an initial team member, then the business leader, then multiple people in 1.5 hour interview then another leader. Overall, it was cumbersome and there was lack of communication and response from the manager (not HR, he was great).

Name a time when you had to provide customer services to a client that you didn’t agree with
The HR representative with whom I did my initial screening was awesome. I love that she also had a background in the role I was applying for, this shows the strategic initiative on FH's part to ensure their recruiters truly understand the business and talent they are hiring.
