I really enjoyed the interview process with Fleet Feet. I was able to talk to most of the team before my final interview. The interviews themselves seemed more like a friendly and informative conversation than actual interview. I felt like everyone I spoke to were transparent and set a realistic perspective of the role. The questions asked were slid into the conversation with ease, it was not just 60 minutes of a question/answer session. I had 4 interviews total all within a two week timeframe. Each interview was 60 minutes or less and each person gave me time time to ask my questions (and were able to provide me answers). My last interview I had to present a mock presentation (as this is something that would be required in the role itself). I left my final interview knowing that if I was to get a job offer, I would accept without hesitation.
