The interview process was really thorough and there were multiple stages including a screening call and three interviews, concluding with a meet with one of the founders. It felt a lot when trying to manage it around my job at the time, but it helped with how flexible they were with working around my time. The process was really helpful as I got to meet various people throughout it and even began to build relationships. The panels on each occasion were super friendly and made me feel at ease. I also got the impression they really wanted me to showcase myself so would push for a better example on a couple of occasions which I really appreciated as it gave me more time to reflect. it felt as natural as is possible in that type of setting and didn’t feel scripted. The whole process was really quick and they kept me updated throughout. I was so delighted to hear I’d got the job after all the time and effort put into it!
