Flash Entertainment interview questions

I had two rounds of interviews. The first one I was asked to present my 3 values/reasons why Flash should hire me. For second round of interviews I was asked to present an event project plan and budget. The interviews were attended by the HR Manager, Vice President of Projects and some Managers in the Project Management team.
