Terrible. Completely non-transparent. Absolutely the worst process I've been through. They give you a take home test which is dead easy. They tell you there are no "tricks" to it - just give us solid software engineering. Took less than 2 hours to do, submitted it and received absolutely no reply. So much for looking for just solid software engineering . Obviously they are looking for something specific. Something that easy, should result in a lot of in person interviews. So they obviously are wanting you to do something specific without telling you what they want. Seriously, don't bother. Waste of time.
