Interview
This is the interesting part. They came to our university career fair. I met their representative(s) at their booth (President of their DyAg group). So it was not a formal interview per se. We had the usual introduction, resume hand over and they asked me a couple of questions about what I had worked with in the past. After that the representative pretty much talked about the company and what kind of people he likes hiring etc. It was a pretty long talk compared to usual career fair talks, about 15 minutes or more.
The interview process consisted of two steps. The first step was a phone interview that lasted approximately 20 minutes. The second step was an onsite interview held at the company’s headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI. The onsite interview lasted about one hour and was conducted by two interviewers

Interview
In person process and over teams meetings. No phone interviews. Interview was done with HR team and department manager. There was no follow up, but an offer was made via. email.
