I interviewed with 2 individuals, the Regional Sales Manager and the Area V.P. of Sales. The main problem I had was I was being asked questions that had to come out of a textbook, which typically means the only "right' answer is the ones that mirrors what is written in the textbook. But I don't sell to textbooks, I sell to people and no 2 are alike so one has to adapt and leave the textbook behind. Maybe that doesn't work in interviews but my experience has always proven that it does.
