Five Seasons Club interview questions

Simple, 1 day interview process. There was an initial meeting and tour followed by meeting management and discussing ideas to improve their location and member services regarding day care. It was pretty straightforward.

Submitted application in person. Phone calls after some email exchange. I spoke to both the food and beverage manager and the head local club manager. They had to run things by someone at headquarters named Thomas. It took a little under a month to get everything finalized. Sign of too much micromanaging. Not good. Got the call and I had the job.
