It was an open interview outside. I was shopping around the store and as I was walking out the manager and another employee asked if I wanted to do an interview. They mostly asked me to describe myself and told me what I would be doing there if I decided to accept the offer.
It was very chill and simple. I came in one day and they just asked me a couple questions and I was in. It’s nothing to sweat about in case you’re worried.

it was very easy, like a friendly chat to know more about you and to tell you about the job and the store.
also the manger was so friendly, I didn't get the offer yet but it was a good interview
