I applied online through five below's website and heard back and scheduled an interview within a couple weeks. The interview was pretty standard behavioral questions and they offered me a position on the spot.

It was very easy and they asked not to many question. It was a good interview process. And I got the job! I would recommend applying here. They mostly asked what is my availability and my background in work history

The interview was easy just be charismatic and be able to talk a little bit about your work experiences. You don't need to practice for this interview since there are no technical questions.
