I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fitzwilliam Hotel (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2017
Interview
There was two rounds of interview both held in the hotel by the General Manager. The first interview was more of a chat and the 2nd interview was a presentation followed by a further face to face interview. All in all it was a good experience.

Question 1
To describe how I would get difficult managers to do what I needed them to do.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fitzwilliam Hotel (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Applied through a well known job site and heard back from the person in charge of hiring after about a week.
They asked about a time I would be available for an interview, I confirmed my times, and then ... nothing.
For several weeks there was radio silence, before they suddenly reemerged with a flimsy excuse, and asked if I still wanted to interview.
I gave them my times again, and we were finally able to confirm a date and time.
I arrived on time for my interview. The person I had been in contact with was 10 minutes late.
The interview in itself was pretty standard, they asked all the standard questions, and at the end they told me I would hear from them within a week.
And then again ... nothing.
I emailed the person with some follow up questions, and didn’t hear back.
When I didn’t receive any communication within the week I sent a polite follow up email. Nothing.
Two weeks after my interview they finally wrote to me, but only with another flimsy excuse to why they were late, and that it would still be another week before they could possibly tell me how my interview went.
I never heard back. But by then I had seen more than enough red flags.
The whole thing was extremely disorganised, frustrating and above all, very unprofessional.
