I was interviewed by the Fitness manager and the general manager of the location. They wanted to see my qualifications resume. We talk a little bit about my experience, but they were ok with me not having any experience as long as my personality was fit to be a personal trainer, which is just outgoing, able to teach friendly and can make sales. After that, the Fitness manager told me to lead him around the gym as if he was a client and how I would queue them and converse with them and to see how much I knew about Fitness.

Pretty laid back, you'll sit down with the general manager where they'll ask some basic questions about your education and your passion for fitness. Then will give you a scenario where a client has a certain issue or pain and ask what you would do to help them with it.
