First there was a phone interview, and after that, I was asked to create a mock personal training program, and lead a training session with that program in person. For the last portion of the interview, I went back to the FT facility and was trained by one of the personal trainers, so I could see FT's training protocol.

Easy process from application to interview. There was a practical exam and as long as you know your stuff, you’ll do great! Be personable from the moment you walk through the door, as this is a high end, customer service type role

Met casually with manager and chatted about ourselves and talked about what they were looking for and what I was looking for in a job. They asked questions and I got a chance to ask them questions as well.
