Fairly pleasant, everyone was warm and kind-met several different people that i would be working with in the interview process.
Started with a Hr phone interview - questions were based around exp and motivations for applying.
Second interview was a 1-1 with a senior director. This interview was also fairly relaxed and easy - questions were based on motivations and exp. The director spoke about the role and expectations in detail.
Final interview was a panel interview with 3 other members of the team. Was also easy and based on exp and what i could bring to the team.

Nothing too tricky!
Mainly based around exp and the skills i would bring to the role.
Spoke about my various interests and how they were relevant to the role. Overall was very relaxed.
Slow process, three rounds: HR, manager, panel. Interviewers were from across latam and us and part of the team to join. Asked about previous experience and past projects. Interview in both Spanish and English.
Met with three people on two different days. They were very nice, but obviously very busy and wanted to cut things as short as possible so I figured my role wasn’t that important.

Online assessment then 3 rounds interview. I was referred to this job, I needed sponsorship, I succeeded all the interviews and the HR called me AT the end asking me about my soonest availability and talk to me about Visa and then they disappered eventhough my referral Said that I was accepted !
