I applied through university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at FitOrbit (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
A email was sent to students at my university who studied nutrition. We were asked to send in a resume and answer a series of questions. After submitting my resume and questioner, I did not hear from the company for many weeks. I sent emails asking for updates on the recruitment process, and my email was ignored. I assumed I did not get the job because I did not hear from anyone for about two months. Then I got an email asking for a skype interview. The interview was 10 mins and was three simple questions. Afterwards I sent a thank you email, and again did not hear from anyone for about three weeks. Then they asked for another 30 minute skype interview. Within 5 minutes of the second interview, I was offered the job.

Interview
They just discussed their problem and told me what they were looking for from the intern over the summer. They were friendly and didn't exactly interview me. The whole thing probably lasted 10 minutes and they seemed pretty impressed by the solutions I proposed. I did get an offer a couple of weeks later.

I received the mail from hiring manager. She set my interview with one of senior VPs.
He asked me mainly about my current responsibilities and overall job profile. After interview, he said that I am a good candidate but they will let me know their decision in couple of days.
Later I never got response from them. Even after sending few follow up mails, hiring manager did not respond.
