I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fit Body Boot Camp (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
Very basic interview questions. There were 2 interviews - one was with the manager and the next was with the two owners. In between the two interviews I was asked to come in for a 5am workout. The whole process took a week and about 5 hours of my time (not including driving). I interviewed for both the front desk and coach position. In my previous 3 jobs I did a lot of the hiring and a single interview for these type of positions should not be lasting almost 2 hours, especially when there was not an audition for the coaching role or any type of skills test. There was no audition for the coaching position at this location.
