I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Jan 2024
Interview
Relatively slow process with patient questions being asked, however, Fisher would not disclose why they decided not to move forward with my application. Recruiter reached out, interview, bg check second interview and waiting for the third and final interview but the day before my interview the recruiter called and said that they decided not to move forward with my application at this time, but didn’t give any information about why. Unfortunately, I would see this almost as a fake post more than 50% of the people on my team applied for this position and only one was offered to role and that was several months ago

It was fairly drawn out and long. It seems they really need you to fit just one mold, and are determined to weed you out if you can't. Overall I would prefer a little more freedom in how I conduct myself.
