I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I bumped into Fisher Investments at a college career fair. They took a picture of my resume and I had a call within 2 days to set up a phone interview.
The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes with a lot of questions regarding why I was interested in the role. At the end of the phone interview, the recruiter let me know they wanted to move forward in the process and set up a video interview for the next week.
The video interview was pretty casual but they expect at least half the time to go into questions that you have for them so I would recommend writing some in advance.
After the video interview, I got another call within the week to set up an onsight interview in Camas, WA.
You get there on day 1 and have all of the time to yourself. The next day you go into the Camas office and have multiple rounds of interviews with hiring managers and current AE's.
The interview was on a Friday and they called on the following Monday to offer the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring team basically going through my resume asking questions about it as well as some behavioral questions. It was. average difficulty overall and I made to the next interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2026
Interview
Easy short phone call. Basic behavioral questions. Lots background details about Fisher that is not really needed in a first interview. The flow of the interview is weird because you go from answering questions about yourself to hearing about the pay structure of the company and then back to more questions about yourself.
